Rules of I&E Network:
1. Break the Rules and Dream. Challenge conventional thinking; innovation often comes from looking beyond traditional boundaries and norms. See the invisible.
2. Open Doors and Listen. Be accessible to new people and ideas. Active listening creates opportunities for unexpected connections.
3. Trust and Be Trusted. Trust underpins innovation communities. Take small risks with others to build mutual confidence and collaboration.
4. Experiment and Develop Value. Prioritize action over perfection. Try, fail, learn, and try again. Seek help and ask questions.
5. Seek Fairness, Not Advantage (No Selling). Build relationships and partnerships on mutual respect and fairness rather than trying to “win” at others’ expense.
6. Fail and Persist. Failure is acceptable and expected; the important part is to persist and keep moving forward.
7. Pay It Forward. Help others without expecting immediate returns; generosity plants the seeds for goodwill and future collaboration.
