4. Experiment and Develop Value — Favor action over perfection. Test ideas, learn from failures, iterate, and seek help by asking questions.
5. Seek Fairness, Not Advantage (No Selling) — Prioritize fairness and mutual respect when forming relationships and partnerships; avoid trying to “win” at others’ expense.
6. Fail and Persist — Failure is expected and acceptable; the important part is to keep moving forward and learning.
