Welcome to “The #1 B.Y.O.B. Music Venue In Texas!”. We here at Cooper’s Bar-B-Q in Christoval, Texas are the last original family-owned Cooper’s BBQ left! We serve authentic, traditional, live-fired Texas BBQ, using the same techniques as George T. Cooper, since 1953. This is why “You STILL Can’t Beat Our Meat!”.
